Authority Overview

CentralBinary (CB) is a deterministic clearing gateway for model and agent transactions.

CB is designed to be evidence-first:

• Routing decisions are written to an append-only WAL.
• Settlement receipts are written to an append-only WAL.
• Seals are written to an append-only WAL when signing is enabled.
• Reproducibility stamps are computed from these WAL records.
• Optional archival writes immutable storage events.
